Ingredients
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbs cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tbs oil
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup cocoa
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 3/4 hot water
Directions
Mix together first 5 ingredients; add milk, oil and vanilla and stir until smooth. Add nuts and pour into greased 8x8x2 pan. Combine remaining three ingredients and pour over batter.
Bake at 350 for 45 min.
