Ingredients
2 lbs stew meat
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups diced potato
10-16 oz peas, carrots, or other vegetables
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 soup cans of water
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 275
Dust stew meat with flour and brown in a large pan. Add all ingredients to dutch oven and stir. Cover and bake for 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
